HUNT COUNTY â€" NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR REPLAT OF OR PORTIONS THEREOF TO THE PUBLIC: Application has been made to revise and replat Lot 76 of Countrywood, an addition to Hunt County, Texas, in the James McAdams Survey, Abst. No. 652. More specifically, the owners propose to replat 10.193 acres to create 2 lots. PLEASE BE ADVISED that the above referenced Application for Replat will be considered and possibly acted upon at a public hearing by the Hunt County Commissioner's Court at their regular meeting in the Commissioner's Courtroom, Courthouse Auxiliary Building, 2700 Johnson Street, Greenville, TX, 75401 on August 27, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The court will meet at that time to consider the Application and hear comments and protests to the revision of the plat.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Owner upon the blank form of the bid form furnished, and shall be marked on the outside of the envelope with the following information: (a) the submitting firm's name and (b) "BID ENCLOSED â€" CADDO STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT â€" DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 10:00 AM, AUGUST 15TH, 2024." A Bid Bond in the form of a cashier's check, a certified check, or an acceptable bidder's bond made payable without conditions to "City of Josephine, Texas" in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as are required and provide evidence of all required insurance coverage.
