Hunt County Constable's Office Notice of Sale The State of Texas, County of Hunt NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That by virtue of a certain Order of Sale In Tax Suit in Cause TAX22757 issued out of the Honorable 354th District Court of Hunt County, Texas, on the 22nd day of April 2025 and styled Sombrero Property Tax Fund I LLC vs. Neshaun Robinson, ET AL whereas on the 7th day of March 2025 recovered a tax foreclosure judgment with SOMBRERO PROPERTY TAX FUND I, LLC as Plaintiff and HUNT COUNTY, CITY OF COMMERCE, COMMERCE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND HUNT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT as Intervenors, against Neshaun Robinson aka Neshaun Lynette Robinson aka Ne'shaun Jones, and the City of Commerce (In Rem Only) Defendant[s] for the sum of seventy-four thousand, eight hundred and sixteen dollars and ninety-five cents ($74,816.95) together with the costs of suit and sale, under Judgment in favor of Plaintiff and Intervenors and placed in my hands for service on April 30th, 2025 Michael Benson, as Constable of Hunt County, Texas Precinct 2, did on the 28th day of April 2025, did levy pursuant to the Order of Sale on a judgment on certain Real Property, situated in Hunt County, Texas, described as follows, to-wit: ACCT. NO. 117133; LOT 9, BLOCK 9, OF ENLOW SUBDIVISION, BEING A PARTIAL REPLAT OF UNIVERSITY PLACE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN VOLUME 400, PAGE 1532, HUNT COUNTY PLAT RECORDS. And on the first Tuesday in the month of June 2025 the same being the 3rd day of said month at the steps of the North Entrance, 2507 Lee Street of the Courthouse of HUNT County, in the City of GREENVILLE, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by virtue of said levy and said Order of Sale, I will sell to satisfy the judgments for the delinquent property taxes and accrued penalties and interest due, and for all costs of court and sale, said above real estate at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder as the property of Defendants in such suit, as provided for by the Texas Property Tax Code, and in compliance with the law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks immediately preceding said day of sale, in Greenville Harold Banner a Publication in Hunt County, Texas.
